Some writers call him the Terminator as their fate depends on Adam. He handles the recruitment and screening of writers and editors. If he feels you are not providing good work and you are not submitting on time, he will give his verdict right away and forward his recommendation to Deep for approval.  

Adam has been with Deep from the planning stage of Wordslinger up to the present. They have been working together for many years, so they know exactly how each other works. He makes sure everything is in place and well-organized.
